Tenancy Reference - Room Estate Tenants

When applying to rent a house, apartment or a room, landlords are often interested in a reference check. Due to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is complied with by Room Estate AG, we cannot provide any information to third parties by telephone or otherwise verbally without explicit consent by the tenant.

For this reason, we offer you as a Room Estate tenant the possibility to order a digital written reference information of your rent and to pass it on independently to third parties (e.g. when applying for an apartment). We will send you a scan with the signature of our managers as a PDF document. You will find the following information in it:

- Your personal data
- The rented object
- Rental conditions and confirmation of the most frequently asked questions
- Authentication proof for the landlords
